We are preparing proposals for a sensitively designed residential development of 18 new family homes, together with associated access, parking, landscaping, open space and drainage infrastructure.

The site is located on the northern/eastern side of Lyminge, close to existing homes and within walking distance of village facilities including the primary school, GP surgery, library, village hall, cafe, shop, pub and bus services to Canterbury and Folkestone. As a local resident, we are keen to understand your views on the emerging proposals before a planning application is submitted.
