Huw has been instrumental in driving the business forward and oversees project delivery.
Huw has a Masters in Environmental Science and has worked across the world advising on the impact of large scale developments.
Huw has been with Quinn Estates since 2005 and in that time has been instrumental in transforming the business from a small scale developer into a market leader in Kent.
Tracy is one of our longest serving team members, having been at Quinn Estates since 2005. She manages the company’s finances, reporting and budgets as well as carrying out human resources tasks for the business.
AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 3 qualified, she is currently studying for her Level 4 Diploma with the respected professional accounting body in her own time. She also holds a GNVQ in Business and Finance and an NQV in IT.

Josh joined the team in July 2016 after acquiring a First-class undergraduate degree in Politics, International Relations and Philosophy from Royal Holloway, University of London

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN
After graduating with a BSc with honours degree from Loughborough University Maria has held a variety of positions in Finance and Administration, including working with Mark Quinn on his first venture at The Green Health Club as Club Manager.
After taking a break to have two daughters Maria re-joined the team in 2013. Maria has worked within the construction, planning and sales teams gaining valuable company knowledge but now concentrates on working within the Accounts team on the day to day finances.
Richard is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and comes to Quinn Estates from a large Kent based Principal Contractor, with experience in Contract Management of large projects in the Commercial, Healthcare and Education sectors.
22 years at the front end of the build managing multiple sites for PLC’S and private builders, Russell brings some of his experience into the pre- development role along with design, surveying and material scheduling and buying.
Abbie Dennis joined us in early 2016 from a well-known regional contractor. Abbie is an essential member of the delivery team and assists in the coordination and management of projects as well as management of our unique after sales and customer care process.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience of commercial development across throughout the UK, having been the Group Development for a national Primary Care Development company. With experience of all aspects of the development process, Will joined the team in early 2017 and is responsible for delivery of individual projects for the company.
A dual qualified Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Planner with a broad range of experience across the UK. Having worked initially in local authority (Policy, Development Control and Project Implementation), Hamish spent 5 years at Knight Frank LLP in the Planning and Development consultancy team based in central London. He has over 10 years’ experience in the residential development sector in various land and planning roles with Millwood Designer Homes, Bovis Homes and Persimmon Homes before joining Quinn Estates in 2015.
With over 10 years of experience in Local Government and private practice as a Chartered Town Planner, and formerly Head of Planning at Folkestone and Hythe District Council, Ben joined us as Development Director in August 2018 to lead on a wide variety of our strategic projects.

A qualified Chartered Planner with a broad range of experience across the South East. Having worked for 10 years in Local Authority (in Development Management) Victoria then moved to the private sector in 2013 to work for Barton Willmore. She also has over a years’ experience in the residential development sector at Persimmon Homes before joining Quinn Estates in 2016.
