Tender

For all tender’s below, the process will be managed by our Procurement Agent– B&M (Betteridge and Milsom) who will be acting on our behalf to review all tenders. Each tender item below will be evaluated on the same terms which is detailed in the tender pack sent out by B&M.

If you wish to express and interest in tendering for a project, please follow this process;

• Please submit your interest by contacting quinnestates@quinn-estates.com. The subject of the email must be the same as the details in the Email Subject Column below.
• Quinn Estates will forward your details to B&M who then send your company the relevant details required for you to submit your tender.
• Any further questions or details please liaise directly with B&M.
• Please submit your tender before the deadline to B&M. Please note any tenders submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
