Preston Barns

After relocating a haulage business, Quinn Estates obtained consent for a niche scheme of four contemporary barns.

Set in a seven-acre plot, the scheme incorporates a wildflower meadow with views over a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Each house has been designed with a collective idea of maximising the expansive views with large floor to ceiling windows and balcony space.

Preston itself is one of East Kent’s hidden gems with a pub, bistro, butchers, village shop and primary school making it exceptionally well served for a rural village.
