Occupied by motor uses, Quinn Estates acquired the site which had significant constraints.

Working with the local council and stakeholders such as KCC and SELEP, a plan was created to deliver a new relief road to ease congestion at key junctions in the town.

Consented for around 220 new homes, Pottery Grove has delivered exactly what it set out to do and regenerated an area delivering highways betterment, new jobs and new homes.

At the entrance to the development, we have created The Potter’s Building, a collection of 25 new apartments in a landmark building.

With 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, The Potter’s Building is renowned for its exquisite detailing which includes a mansard roof.
