Quinn Estates engaged with the local community at an early stage and through listening to the views of the neighbours and local action groups, planning consent was obtained with an overwhelming majority at committee.

Quinn Estates obtained planning permission for a mixed use scheme of 14 apartments and 8 office suites, all with parking. The scheme involved the conversion and extension of the existing building to create a warehouse inspired development that has become the finest residential and commercial address in the city.

Through inspired design, which incorporated sumptuous roof terraces, the scheme has set records for the highest £per sq.ft ever recorded in Canterbury at over £500per sq.ft and the most expensive apartment at over £1m.
