Harrison Court

Quinn Estates obtained planning permission in July 2017 for the conversion of the existing health club building and the erection of a second-floor extension to provide a penthouse apartment. Harrison Court accommodates eight self-contained one, two and three–bedroom apartments.

The building was completed in January 2019 and is fully let.
