This project involved the conversion of a former waterworks into a pioneering health club with pool. The Green is the first example of a principle that Quinn Estates has expanded on ever since - taking a property unfit for purpose and creating something value added and unique in its place. The 6,000 sqft waterworks was doubled in size to create a pioneering health club that through clever marketing and an innovative GP referral scheme, now has 1,200 members and is a thriving business. The Green has recently undergone a £120,000 refurbishment of the pool and changing facilities with a striking new interior.
