This 1950’s relic was taken in part exchange with the former owner, The KM Group. Quinn Estates negotiated an off market deal with the Girne American University to create a fully equiped campus by redesigning and refurbishing the 20,000 sqft of offices and printworks into a state of the art educational facility.
